A System Administrator Policy is required to view and edit forms in the System Administration Tool for MiVoice Business. You can create a policy that will allow read/write access to forms used for day-to-day tasks such as adding users and mailboxes.
The name given to the policy and to the optional user account that uses it is siteAdmin.
NOTE: The siteAdmin policy cannot be renamed nor deleted.
Below are the forms that the account user has read/write or read-only access to; all other forms are set to No Access, which means they cannot be changed nor viewed.
